The “other” multi-vitamin that was in my life (for years) has been replaced! There’s no comparison when it comes to ingredients. What is on the label is exactly what you get. This is superior and will never leave my daily supplementation routine.

The order came fairly quickly but was a little delayed due to the snow we were getting. I was surprised that it’s suggested these are taken TID but I have chosen to just take them BID. Anyway, all is well thus far.
